Who we are

Beta status

The service is an invite-only early-access beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. Please only upload data you are comfortable using in a beta product.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
• Genetic data: the genome file or text you upload (for example a 23andMe raw-data export or a VCF file).
• Health and lab data you enter: optional values such as epigenetic clock results (e.g. DunedinPACE, PhenoAge, Horvath) and lab results (e.g. homocysteine, folate, vitamin B12, hs-CRP).
• Generated plans: the plan we produce, including the genetic variants and values it is based on.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and request times) used for security and operations. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the service: to generate and show you your diet, training, and lifestyle plans, to keep your account secure, and to operate and fix the service. Your uploaded genome file is processed to produce a plan and is not kept as a raw file; the plan, including the relevant variants and values, is saved to your account.

Not medical advice

Plans are informational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This service is not a diagnostic device. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, supplements, or training.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in a database on a server operated by JXJ. Only you can see your plans through the service; data is separated per account.

No sale or sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your genetic or health data with third parties such as advertisers, insurers, or employers. We would disclose data only if required by law, and in that case we would limit disclosure to what is legally required.

Security

We protect your data with measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), argon2 password hashing, HttpOnly session cookies that you can end by signing out, per-account data separation, limits on login attempts, and deletion of temporary upload files right after processing. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data and plans until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time: sign in, choose Delete account on the report page, and re-enter your password. This permanently removes your account, your sessions, and all of your saved plans. Server logs and backups that may contain your data are kept only for a limited time before being overwritten.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this notice. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
